Many teams in the field run into critical needs for 2-3 months during a year or sometimes for a couple of semesters in the academic calendar. This may be a transition time as some people are going on home assignment or there is a gap between one person’s departure and their replacement arriving. Some of these needs are specialist projects that require specific skills and can be finished in a few months (such as a developing an IT system, producing a media piece, coordinating an event, or researching and writing a set of curriculum.) We are looking for God to send people that are prepared to meet these unique needs. We also see these needs as an important opportunity for people to explore how God can use them in missions. If you have been on a few short-term mission trips, the next step may be going to Asia for several months to get a deeper sense of the work. We are excited to invest in you as you serve together with us. We are looking for people who: - Are open to what God has for them in cross-cultural ministry - Are willing to go into the hard places and serve people - Are servant-hearted, flexible and willing to use any skills they have for the kingdom - Are committed to work with others to build up the church for effective service - May be able to bring specific training and experience to help with critical projects Please read below to see current opportunities.
