Lead adventure camps in Thailand to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and disciple young believers.
Use your passion for adventure and the outdoors to share the Gospel with Thai youth. Organize and lead adventure camps that serve as evangelistic outreaches, introducing participants to Jesus Christ in a culturally sensitive way. Mentor young Thai Christians who assist with the camps, equipping them to become leaders in their communities and churches.
· Plan and coordinate adventure camp programs with a focus on sharing the Gospel. · Build relationships with Thai youth to introduce them to Jesus Christ. · Disciple and train young Thai Christians assisting with the camps. · Facilitate discussions and activities that encourage spiritual growth. · Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities. · Collaborate with local churches to integrate new believers into the Body of Christ.
· A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to make Him known. · A commitment to learning the Thai language to effectively communicate, establish relationships, and share the gospel in a culturally meaningful way. · Preferably have experience in youth ministry, outdoor education, or camp ministry. · Ability to mentor and disciple others. · First Aid / CPR certifications / Adventure activity guide qualifications are an advantage. · Note: Faithfulness, perseverance, and discipline, paired with flexibility, are more important than possessing special abilities. · To obtain a Religious Affairs visa (missionary visa), some form of formal training—such as a degree, diploma, or certificate in Biblical Studies, Theology, Missiology, or a related field—is required.
You will: Be prepared for simple living conditions during camps. Live among Thai communities to build genuine relationships. Adapt to changing environments while maintaining a Christ-like attitude. Be commitment to a lifestyle reflecting Christian values. Go with a minimum commitment of two years to build trust relationships and see lasting impact.
