Equip others to plant churches in Thailand, multiplying the impact of the Gospel.
Provide training and mentorship to Thai believers and fellow missionaries in reproducible church planting methods. Facilitate a movement of establishing new churches throughout Thailand by empowering others to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and disciple new believers.
· Develop and conduct church planting training programs in collaboration with the existing Thai Church and its leaders. · Mentor individuals and teams in evangelism and discipleship. · Create culturally appropriate training materials. · Network with churches and organizations to promote collaboration. · Encourage and support trainees in their church planting efforts.
· A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to make Him known. · A commitment to learning the Thai language to effectively communicate, establish relationships, and share the gospel in a culturally meaningful way. · Deep understanding of biblical principles and practical application. · Able to teach and mentor others. · Experience in church planting · Cultural sensitivity and adaptability. · Passion for multiplication and empowering others. · Note: Faithfulness, perseverance, and discipline, paired with flexibility, are more important than possessing special abilities. · To obtain a Religious Affairs visa (missionary visa), some form of formal training—such as a degree, diploma, or certificate in Biblical Studies, Theology, Missiology, or a related field—is required.
You will: Travel throughout Thailand to various training locations. Adapt to different living arrangements based on travel. Engage with diverse cultures and communities. Demonstrate flexibility and reliance on God's provision. Go with a long-term commitment (minimum of three years) to build trust relationships and see lasting impact.
