In addition to contributing to the community development project you will: - Learn local language and culture. - Build relationships with local people - Learn from an experienced long-term team.
Students or practitioners of the following or related disciplines: - Community development - Children’s and families work - Counselling - Nutrition - Community health - Education for development - Sustainable development
You will be required to dress according to local cultural norms which means modest dress as well as adjusting lifestyle and language. Be able to work with a diverse team of people from different cultures. Have an attitude that is flexible and willing to learn.
Testify to God’s love for the unreached through development and relief ministries that addresses the holistic needs of these materially poor communities.
