The Member Care Coordinator will work as part of a team to ensure a good support base of care for NSW members while they are in Australia. This includes help with organising practical needs, providing opportunities to attend retreats, and take holidays.
To build trust with members and keep up to date with them whilst they are serving overseas.
To facilitate the effective debriefing of Home Assignees and liaising with psychologists so that people can process their experiences and develop good resilience.
To lead and support volunteers involved in member care.
To oversee the coordination of events for Parents of Missionaries, Alumni, and Home Assignees.
To liaise with other mission agencies and contribute to events that provide support for our members.
