Play a vital role in organizing media resources for people in Southeast Asia
Would you like to play a key role in helping Christians to know more about the needs of peoples on God’s heart in Southeast Asia? Will you join with us in seeking to bless SE Asian peoples, as the custodian of media resources for us who serve them? If you like administration and order, this role could be for you wherever you are in the world. We need an organized individual to be responsible for the cataloguing and storage of media resources for content users and creators on our team. You will also be involved in helping people to find these resources and advising them on how to utilize them according to organizational guidelines. You will be part of a team who are passionate about spreading the Good News of Jesus to SE Asians. Training and resources will be provided.
• catalogue and store media resources (written, audio, visual) • administer collaborative work areas for users • advise users on media resources and how to find them • keep records on when and where media has been used • work together with the organization’s media team
• good self-management skills • team worker with good communication skills (especially via email) • ability to network (mainly virtually)
This is a volunteer, non-salaried position, which will involve approximately 4 hours work per week. This role can be undertaken virtually from anywhere in the world, but an annual visit to Southeast Asia to meet the people with whom you will be working is encouraged.
