Develop strong Christian leaders in Thailand to impact their communities for Christ.
Provide leadership training across various contexts, from informal community settings to formal educational institutions. Equip individuals with biblical principles and practical skills to lead effectively, fostering growth within the church and society.
· Design and implement leadership programs centered on Christian values. · Teach leadership courses and mentor emerging leaders. · Collaborate with churches, schools, and organizations. · Adapt training methods to suit different cultural and educational contexts. · Encourage leaders to disciple others and multiply their impact.
· A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to make Him known. · A commitment to learning the Thai language to effectively communicate, establish relationships, and share the gospel in a culturally meaningful way. · Preferably background in leadership development, education, or ministry. · Teaching and curriculum development skills. · Cultural adaptability and sensitivity. · Note: Faithfulness, perseverance, and discipline, paired with flexibility, are more important than possessing special abilities. · To obtain a Religious Affairs visa (missionary visa), some form of formal training—such as a degree, diploma, or certificate in Biblical Studies, Theology, Missiology, or a related field—is required.
You will: Be based in urban or semi-urban or rural areas depending on training locations. Have a flexible schedule to accommodate various training opportunities. Engage with diverse groups while maintaining a Christ-centered focus. Go with a long-term commitment (minimum of three years) to build trust relationships and see lasting impact.
