Disciple Thai youth, leading them to Jesus Christ and equipping them to impact their world.
Work with local churches or denominations to strengthen youth ministries. Share the Good News of Jesus Christ with young people, disciple them in their faith, and train them to become leaders who will influence their peers and communities.
· Develop and lead engaging youth programs and events. · Build relationships to share the Gospel with young people. · Disciple youth and mentor them in spiritual growth. · Train youth leaders and volunteers in ministry skills. · Address relevant issues facing Thai youth from a biblical perspective.
· A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to make Him known. · A commitment to learning the Thai language to effectively communicate, establish relationships, and share the gospel in a culturally meaningful way. · Preferably experience in youth ministry or related fields. · Ability to relate to and inspire young people. · Cultural awareness and sensitivity. · Note: Faithfulness, perseverance, and discipline, paired with flexibility, are more important than possessing special abilities. · To obtain a Religious Affairs visa (missionary visa), some form of formal training—such as a degree, diploma, or certificate in Biblical Studies, Theology, Missiology, or a related field—is required.
You will: Live within the community or church you serve. Have a flexible schedule to meet with youth outside of school hours. Participate actively in church and community life. Go with a long-term commitment (minimum of three years) to build trust relationships and see lasting impact.
