Equip Thai believers to grow in Christ and disciple others, strengthening the Body of Christ.
Provide discipleship training that deepens Thai believers' understanding of Jesus Christ and equips them to disciple others. Mentor individuals to become effective leaders within their communities and churches, fostering a multiplying movement of discipleship.
· Develop and teach discipleship curriculum grounded in Scripture. · Mentor individuals and small groups in spiritual growth. · Train believers to disciple others, creating a ripple effect. · Collaborate with local churches to integrate training efforts. · Adapt teaching methods to be culturally relevant and impactful.
· A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to make Him known. · A commitment to learning the Thai language to effectively communicate, establish relationships, and share the gospel in a culturally meaningful way. · Experience in discipleship and leadership training, strong biblical knowledge. · Cultural sensitivity and effective cross-cultural communication. · Ability to build deep, trusting relationships. · Note: Faithfulness, perseverance, and discipline, paired with flexibility, are more important than possessing special abilities. · To obtain a Religious Affairs visa (missionary visa), some form of formal training—such as a degree, diploma, or certificate in Biblical Studies, Theology, Missiology, or a related field—is required.
You will: Reside within Thai communities to foster close relationships. Travel within the region as needed for training. Adapt to varying schedules and cultural contexts. Go with a ;ong-term commitment (minimum of three years) to build trust relationships and see lasting impact.
