Share Jesus Christ with Thai technical college students, discipling them for future impact.
Engage with technical college students, building relationships to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Disciple new believers and equip them to share their faith with peers, integrating them into local churches and creating a multiplying movement.
· Build relationships with students through campus activities. · Share the Gospel in culturally relevant ways. · Lead Bible studies and discipleship groups. · Train students to evangelize and disciple others. · Collaborate with campus ministries and local churches.
· A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to make Him known. · A commitment to learning the Thai language to effectively communicate, establish relationships, and share the gospel in a culturally meaningful way. · Passion for student ministry. · Ability to relate to young adults in technical fields. · Experience in evangelism and discipleship. · Cultural sensitivity and adaptability. · Note: Faithfulness, perseverance, and discipline, paired with flexibility, are more important than possessing special abilities. · To obtain a Religious Affairs visa (missionary visa), some form of formal training—such as a degree, diploma, or certificate in Biblical Studies, Theology, Missiology, or a related field—is required.
You will: Reside near technical colleges or student housing areas. Have a flexible schedule to be available when students are free. Engage actively in campus life and activities. Go with a long-term commitment (minimum of three years) to build trust relationships and see lasting impact.
