Offer hope and freedom through financial counseling, sharing Jesus Christ with those in need.
Provide financial and debt counseling to Thai individuals and families, integrating biblical principles. Use this platform to share the Good News of Jesus Christ, disciple new believers, and help them become part of the local church.
· Offer one-on-one and group financial counseling rooted in Scripture. · Develop educational materials on financial stewardship. · Build relationships to share the Gospel and disciple clients. · Collaborate with churches to provide holistic support. · Equip believers to manage finances according to biblical principles.
· A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to make Him known. · A commitment to learning the Thai language to effectively communicate, establish relationships, and share the gospel in a culturally meaningful way. · Thorough understanding of biblical financial principles. · Background in finance, counseling, or social work is of advantage but not mandatory. · Compassionate and patient approach, reflecting Christ's love. · Cultural sensitivity and ability to communicate effectively. · Note: Faithfulness, perseverance, and discipline, paired with flexibility, are more important than possessing special abilities. · To obtain a Religious Affairs visa (missionary visa), some form of formal training—such as a degree, diploma, or certificate in Biblical Studies, Theology, Missiology, or a related field—is required.
You will: Live within communities with high financial needs. Adapt to urban or semi-urban or rural living conditions. Have a flexible schedule to meet clients when they are available. Go with a long-term commitment (minimum of three years) to build trust relationships and see lasting impact.
