A media production business ls looking for an IT and/or Audio Technician to produce media for a minority group.
Most of our neighbors have never met a follower of Jesus. The existence of the spirit world is assumed. Religion is practiced quite openly. Our team is focused on a minority people group living both in the city and in rural areas. Our vision is to see people growing in their knowledge of Jesus Christ. We build relationships as we serve among these people and communicate Jesus' love through our deeds.
Media production Ongoing language study Developing trust relationships with our focus people and seeking ways to help them understand Jesus better and to express His love in practical ways.
Masters degree in IT or Media Production or multiple years experience in this field.
The applicant should be prepared to live an appropriate lifestyle within the community in which they will live. Among other things, this relates to dressing modestly, and being sensitive to the dietary restrictions of our neighbours and friends. This is very helpful as it would build bridges with them. It also means using appropriate language to facilitate understanding and a growth in appreciating Jesus. In the local culture it is important that the men relate to the men and the women relate to the women.
