Mobilize partnerships with Christian organizations and equip Filipino churches for missions.
Develop a network of influential Filipino Christian leaders, organizations and churches that can be partners in the mission to build and strengthen partnerships, mobilize and equip Filipino churches for missions.
· Be involved in the community of existing and potential partners as the representative of OMF Philippines Field. · Develop newsletters and updates centered on God's work to be shared with partners. · Build and nurture relationships with partners and churches. · Use creative communication methods to inspire involvement.
· A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to make Him known. · Willingness to learn the local language and culture to effectively operate and communicate in the local context. · Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills. · Creativity in content production that honors God. · Experience in networking and mobilization. · Cultural sensitivity and ability to engage diverse audiences.
Be based in an area with good communication infrastructure. Go with a commitment of at least three years to develop and strengthen networks.
There is still a need to bring the Gospel in all its fullness to this diverse nation that is open to missionaries.
